BY CLICKING SUBSCRIBE I AM AUTHORIZING VISION TRADES TO CHARGE MY CREDIT CARD:
Vision Trades is hereby authorized to apply MY credit card FOR MY INITIAL SUBSCRIPTION TERM FOR THE SERVICE which I am subscribing to PLUS, CONCURRENT RENEWALS (RENEWALS ARE AUTOMATIC FOR THE ORIGINAL TERM I SELECT, UPON EXPIRATION AND, EACH MONTH or QUARTER THEREAFTER).
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period YOU selected whether monthly or quarterly. Subscription periods automatically renew and will not end unless YOU notify us in writing via email to sales@trendsignalusa.com. Please ensure you receive a receipt email confirming your cancellation. Until you receive your receipt , you have not cancelled.
I agree not to share or provide any information obtained from Vision Trades to any other party and that all information obtained with MY subscription is for MY sole purpose alone. I will not reproduce, in whole or in part any information provided by Vision Trades. If I do breach this agreement, MY subscription will be cancelled, no refund will be due to ME and I will not be able to subscribe again. I agree not to hold Vision Trades responsible if I do not receive the service I subscribed to due to technical issues whether it is on their end or MINE and cannot hold them liable for accuracy of data. I understand that due to illness, holiday or other reasons that would cause the absence of our Experts, certain services may not be available on certain market days. I understand that I am not entitled to any refund, for any reason.
I UNDERSTAND BY CLICKING SUBSCIRBE THAT Vision Trades OFFERS NO REFUNDS:
Vision Trades has a strict NO REFUNDS policy once billing has begun, which will occur after I click ‘SUBSCRIBE’ at the bottom of this page.
IT IS MY RESPONSIBILITY TO KNOW MY SUBSCRIPTION EXPIRATION DATE(S) WHETHER IT IS MONTHLY or QUARTERLY.
It is MY responsibility to know the expiration date of the service I subscribed to. I understand that in the event I cancel any service I subscribed to, prior to the end of MY current month/term of service expiration date, I am not entitled to any credits or refunds for MY unused service term. I will however, have access to the Service which I am subscribed to until the date prior to my next renewal.
EMAIL CORRESPONDENCE:
Vision Trades cannot be held responsible if I send an email to Vision Trades and Vision Trades do not receive MY email or Vision Trades responded to MY email and MY email provider or MY email program did not allow the responded email from Vision Trades to be passed through to MY email box. If I send an email to Vision Trades and I do not receive a response within 24 hours of the time I sent MY email to Vision Trades, I understand I must attempt to contact Vision Trades again via email, possibly from another email account. Vision Trades will not be held responsible for email failure or technical issues, whether on their end or MINE that prohibit MY access to their website or to the Service I subscribe to.
MY CREDIT CARD WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE CHARGED TO RENEW THE SUBSCRIPTION TERM I SELECT, WHETHER IT BE MONTH TO MONTH or QUARTER TO QUARTER.
I understand by clicking ‘SUBSCRIBE’ at the bottom of this page, MY credit card will be billed the current subscription rate and for the term of the service I subscribed to and automatically renewed at its expiration for the term I have selected thereafter, unless I cancel the service I subscribed to by the procedures set forth herein.
CANCELLATION:
If I decide to cancel a service I subscribed to, the only method acceptable to cancel is by sending an email to sales@trendsignalusa.com and receiving an acknowledgement receipt '' ' NO LATER THAN 72 HOURS PRIOR TO MY NEXT RENEWAL/ANNIVERSARY DATE. If I the subscriber fail to do this per terms herein specified, I agree to accept full responsibility for any and all charges processed on my credit card by Vision Trades for the service I subscribed to and completely release Vision Trades from any responsibility for these charges.
I understand and agree to give up my rights to dispute payments processed on my credit card by Vision Trades for the service I subscribed to, if I fail to follow terms and conditions set forth on this page and by clicking SUBSCRIBE.
